Masterbatch

Along with the full Clariant Omnicolor® range Colourmaster are also able to supply masterbatches from other sources including Colloids masterbatches offering an excellent value range of colours that are suitable for many applications.

This range includes high temperature cadmium based colours, polymer specific masterbatch for many materials including nylon, polythene and other materials together with an affordable range of purging materials.

Most of the colours can be dosed at low addition rates and give good colouring to a whole range of moulding and extrusion materials. This range is priced at very competitive prices and offer an affordable and very cost effective alternative to other masterbatches on the market today.

We also have lots of masterbatches available from other sources including polymer specific types for polypropylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate, PVC, Nylon, Acetal etc. and so are able to offer a very comprehensive range indeed.

We can produce either universal carrier based masterbatches or polymer specific masterbatches for a whole range of polymers. We can also dry blend raw materials to matched colours from 25Kgs.

Alternatively there might be times when a masterbatch is not needed or not suited to a specific application and here we can help too by matching in dry colour pigment unit packs. Each unit being a specifically formulated amount of pigment to colour one 25Kg bag of your material. We have a range of stock dry colour pigments available "off the shelf" too.
